Non-Refundable Products

All purchases on PIXEL CUBE (PVT) LTD are final. Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same product, we will issue a refund for the duplicate payment.
  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the download link or are unable to access the purchased product due to a technical issue on our end, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase to request assistance or a refund.

  • We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds are not provided for user error, dissatisfaction with the product, or failure to read the product description prior to purchase.
