These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of custom digital design, video motion, web development, and strategy services by PixelCube Studio.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at https://pixelcube.studio, requesting a project proposal, or engaging PixelCube Studio ("we," "our," or "us") for creative services, you ("Client" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not utilize our services.
2. Scope of Digital Services
PixelCube Studio offers custom digital solutions across multiple creative disciplines, including:
- Video Editing, Motion Graphics & YouTube Channel Growth
- Brand Identity & Graphic Design Systems
- Product & Experience Design (UI/UX)
- Custom Web & Mobile Application Development
- SEO Strategy, Content Creation & Digital Marketing
Detailed project specifications, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual statements of work or proposal agreements provided prior to project kickoff.
3. Project Workflow & Revisions
We follow a structured workflow divided into discovery, strategy, design/development, review, and final release.
- Review Cycles: Each project phase includes specified feedback and revision rounds as detailed in your project proposal.
- Additional Revisions: Revisions requested beyond agreed project scope or completed approval milestones may incur additional charges calculated at our standard hourly or project rates.
- Timely Feedback: Clients agree to provide prompt feedback and assets to ensure adherence to projected completion schedules.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full and final payment, full rights and ownership of completed custom deliverables, design assets, and source code generated for the Client are transferred to the Client.
- Studio Portfolio Rights: Unless explicitly restricted via a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), PixelCube Studio retains the right to display completed project designs, case studies, and video previews in our official portfolio and marketing channels.
- Pre-existing Assets: Third-party libraries, open-source frameworks, or stock materials used within deliverables remain subject to their respective open-source or commercial licenses.
5. Payments & Invoicing
Invoicing terms are outlined in each project contract. Unless specified otherwise:
- A non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencing initial project work.
- Milestone payments become due upon completion of corresponding project stages.
- Final source code, high-resolution design files, or video renders will be delivered upon final invoice clearance.
6. Confidentiality
Both PixelCube Studio and the Client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary business data, trade secrets, sensitive strategy documents, and non-public technical specifications shared during the course of engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelCube Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use deliverables, third-party software integrations, or hosting platforms.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches material obligations and fails to remedy such breach within 14 business days. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
